I am Taz, a scientist working and living in Brussels since 2015. To date, I have tried 350+ restaurants in Belgium. I created this group as an opportunity for intrepid foodies to tickle their tastebuds by exploring Michelin guide/Michelin star/Gault & Millau restaurants in Brussels with me!

We are a non-discriminatory and LGBTQIA2S+ positive group 🌈 Please be respectful to the group participants and adhere to the group rules.
Group rules and regulations:
• Please note, most fine dining restaurants will expect a deposit from me at the time of booking. Therefore, a deposit of 20 euros is required per participant to indicate to me that you are taking the group seriously and value both my time, and that of the other participants. This will be deducted from your share of the bill/refunded via Paypal when you turn up to the event.
• Payment protocol: 1) KBC Bank transfer 2) PayPal (use the friend's and family option otherwise I will be refunding you immediately).
• Minimum participation for the event to take place: 1
• Maximum participation: 6-8
• Please be punctual.
• No-shows without a valid reason will be removed from the group permanently.
• Poor etiquette and bad manners during the event will result in being removed from the group permanently.
• IMPORTANT! Division of the bill is to be equal, regardless of what you order and whether you pair with wine or not. No nit-picking.
• In the event that 10-15% gratuity is not automatically added by the restaurant, each participant is responsible for tipping relative to their share of the bill.
• Occasionally, the event may also take place outside of Brussels, contingent on demand.
• Whilst this group will predominantly explore the best restaurants of Brussels, occasionally we may also meet at a mid-tier, non-Michelin restaurant. Be flexible.
• The participant is responsible for being mindful of their own dietary requirements and allergies. The group organiser cannot be held liable. Please add a note if you are allergic at the time of your RSVP so I can communicate this to the restaurant.
