Explore practical teachings and easy-to-learn meditations that we can immediately use to improve our work and relationships, cultivate inner peace and increase our enjoyment of daily life.
Class concludes with time for discussion and Q & A followed by complimentary refreshments.
No matter the topic series, each class can be experienced on a drop-in, standalone basis.
No experience necessary, everyone is welcome.
