🦋 Host: Tomas Castro
Tomas is an artist and founder of Desde Amor, where he uses art and storytelling to inspire people to live from love. Raised with a culture of perfectionism, competition, self-criticism, and ego-centric masculinity in Los Angeles, Tomas learned firsthand the personal costs of such pressures.Over 15 years, he explored guidance from books, videos, events, therapy, and more—some helpful, some harmful—but each step deepened his understanding of himself, his community, and life. Through this journey, he overcame personal challenges and realized many of his dreams.
Alongside his artistic path, Tomas supported people manifest their visions for their art or business as a startup consultant, marketer, and designer. Through this experience, he noticed a recurring truth: the biggest obstacles aren’t external—they’re internal: perfectionism, hesitation, and the education they grew up with or acquired in society.
In his workshops, Tomas combines insights from his personal transformation and transformations he supported. Participants learn to confront limiting patterns, build authentic confidence, and take aligned action. This is where self-discovery meets empowerment—so you don’t just plan your next move, you step boldly into it.

"Perfectionism isn’t only about trying to do everything flawlessly. It often shows up as hesitation, avoidance, or a quiet fear that keeps us from even beginning.
Even artists, writers, and anyone holding a dream may find themselves stuck in this invisible trap. This is a space to soften self-judgment, meet ourselves with honesty, and remember that starting imperfectly is still starting."
