🦋 Choose a Louise Hay positive affirmation card
📝 Reflect and journal
🎨 Create an intuitive drawing guided by Sanha (@ohsssan) from HAY.

We’ll focus on inner strength, letting go, and visualizing new inspirations for your life. Let your creativity lead the way to clarity and healing.

●About Sanha●
Sanha, originally from Korea, is passionate about art and wellness. She earned a degree in design marketing from a university in London and has professional experience as a web designer. Additionally, she completed a yoga teacher training course in Greece and is certified in various psychological areas, including counseling and art therapy. Currently, Sanha operates workshops that incorporate therapeutic tarot reading and creative drawing. She aims to collaborate with other wellness coaches and establish an international wellness community in Korea, providing a space for people to gather and express themselves freely.
