Get ready to move, sweat, and feel amazing! Huntington Beach Fit Bootcamp combines heart-pumping cardio with blocks of tabata, HIIT, and low to medium intensity total-body strength and core training as we move to music outdoors in the fresh air. We’ll start with energizing drills to elevate your heart rate before diving into bodyweight exercises like hovers, squats, and lunges to build strength, power, and endurance for the entire body. We’ll finish with a well-deserved stretch and cooldown. Workouts are 55-minutes.

This dynamic mix improves balance, agility, speed, and flexibility in addition to strengthening your heart, increasing lung efficiency and metabolism while targeting every major muscle group for a complete full body workout. You’ll leave feeling strong, confident, and energized.

All fitness levels are welcome (ages 30+). Please consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program. Be mindful of any injuries you may have and to listen to your body, choosing options that work best for you.

**What to bring: Mat, towel, water, and your favorite sunnies, hat, sunscreen. and of course your energy! Let’s train together, make new friends and have fun at the beach.

This is a donation-based fitness class. Donations are greatly appreciated. Suggested donations: $10-20 per class (cash, Zelle, and PayPal accepted).
