See all- HCPG Joins the Navy!Annapolis City Dock, Annapolis, MD
Join us as the HCPG visits Maryland’s historic capital and home of the United States Naval Academy. Our journey starts at the Annapolis City Dock (Annapolis Harbormaster’s Office).
Then we will begin our tour of the Naval Academy at the Armel-Leftwich Visitor Center (you must bring photo ID to enter), and then you’ll be free to roam any public area of the Yard, including Preble Hall museum, Bancroft Hall dormitory, Dahlgren Hall with the model Wright 1-B Flyer, and much, much more. Additionally, guided tours may be purchased on site (Naval Academy Tours).
Later, we’ll leave the Naval Yard and explore areas around City Dock, Maryland State House, and St. Anne’s Parish Church. And later still, those interested can join us for some dinner at a local restaurant.
