Basic Understanding of YOUR editing software

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION
There will be 3 identical sessions (8 (Sat), 16 (Sun), 28 (Fri) FEBRUARY 2025) to allow for your busy schedules but we are limiting attendance to no more than 5 in order to spend quality time with each student.

Come join HCPG as we go over the basic understanding of the photo editing software that you use and show you what the exposure, color, and enhancement controls do and how to use them to improve your
images.

Editing Tools Covered:
○ Lighting Adjustment Tools
○ Color Adjustment Tools
○ Picture Quality Adjustment Tools
○ Masking (if applicable)
○ Exporting/Saving

We will use your laptops/tablets/phones (whatever you edit photos on) and your editing software and images to help you gain a better understanding of the tools you have available to enhance your photos and take your photography to the next level.

Sign up for 1 session ONLY to allow others to take advantage of the offering.

Timeline:

• 1:00pm: Students setup their workspace, open their editing tool, and open an image to edit)
• 1:15pm: Ray will go over tools using screen mirroring and assistant instructors will help each student to find and execute the tool discussed (Show & Tell method of teaching)
• 2:30-3:00pm: After going over each of the tools and objectives, Students will open a different image and begin editing using those tools while all instructors provide over-the-shoulder assistance.
• 3:30-4:00pm: Review of tools and uses and Q&A
