Class Title: Gentle Flow
Theme: Finding stillness within movement

Gentle Flow is a 60-minute hybrid practice that weaves together the deep nourishment of Yin with the flowing energy of Vinyasa. Her teaching weaves together breath, storytelling, and soulful sequencing to create experiences that are as introspective as they are empowering.
Stephanie believes in yoga as a tool for transformation—accessible, poetic, and rooted in self-awareness. When she’s not on the mat, she’s building community through her work in wellness, innovation, and pet care advocacy.Heal OneWorld is a nonprofit dedicated to providing holistic preventative healthcare services and low or no cost—no one is turned away due to lack of funds.
