Class Description: Yoga Sculpt is a breath to movement class that combines yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Movement will target the cardiovascular system and major muscle groups. Sculpt is a total body workout. This will be a heat-building, high energy class with upbeat music.

Teacher Bio: Stephanie Glover is a yoga teacher, creative, and lifelong student of healing through movement. With a background in Hatha Yoga and a deep respect for the wisdom of the body, she guides classes that feel both grounding and expansive. Her teaching weaves together breath, storytelling, and soulful sequencing to create experiences that are as introspective as they are empowering.
Stephanie believes in yoga as a tool for transformation—accessible, poetic, and rooted in self-awareness. When she’s not on the mat, she’s building community through her work in wellness, innovation, and pet care advocacy.
