In Partnership with Awkwardly Zen- This Month’s Topic in our 1st of 6 sessions will be:
“Fear, Death & Denial - What We Avoid Holds Power Over Us”
Why first? Because death is one of the most universal human experiences, yet it is rarely explored openly.
In this session, we’ll look at how fear and denial show up in our lives - and how bringing awareness to them can lessen their hold, opening the door to more conscious living.We meet the 4th Sunday of each month at 3pm PST | 4pm MST | 5pm CST | 6pm EST
This month, we meet on Sunday April 26th.
EACH SESSION IS $20 and will be recorded for participants.

Colleen is a certified End-of-Life Doula, Shamanic/Reiki practitioner, and Advance Care Planning Consultant who supports individuals and families in navigating aging and end-of-life with clarity, compassion, and intention. Her goal is to always to meet people where they are in their journey, with a gentle grounded presence. Colleen helps people engage in meaningful conversations, clarify their wishes, and approach both living and dying with greater presence, peace, and self-compassion.
