Healing Reflections: Reiki Meditation, Kundalini Yoga Kirtan

Come join long-time yoga devotee and teacher, Kandy, for a foundational yoga class.

This class is ideal for anyone new to yoga or for those returning to their practice after a time off, or anyone seeking a gentler practice.
Laughter and breathing, stretching and strengthening, relaxing and being are normal and natural tools that all can experience with your own age, abilities, and desires.

This yoga approach makes use of props to facilitate the poses. Yoga props are provided, however, personal props are encouraged: mat, blocks, blankets, belt, bolster.

Guided meditation, with enchanting, healing, harmonizing sounds of handpan drum. This is a great, peaceful, calming evening to bring us into inner balance and a Community of Unity as we moving towards the end of the week. Come and experience Harmony!
You can bring your water. Chairs and blankets will be available.
Feel free to come with a friend, and/or family member, and an open heart. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the meditation to settle.
