Kundalini Yoga is known as the "Yoga of Awareness" because it pokes and provokes your subconscious as well as your chakras. Any stagnation residing in those areas will be exercised. Lets expand our consciousness together!

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket and arrive a few minutes early. We'll be strengthening our organs, glands, and energetic body!
