T’ai Chi Chih, taught by Linda Finlan, is a series of 19 movements and 1 pose that together make up a meditative form of movement to which practitioners attribute physical, personal, and spiritual health benefits.
T’ai Chi Chih is not a martial art. T’ai Chi Chih is completely non-violent!
This is a moving meditation that does not require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination.
