This is a gentle Kundalini Yoga class done seated in a circle. The real power in these movements will be for our mantra meditation afterwards. After gently warming up the spine, chakras, and hips we're going to chant a sacred mantra before sitting in silence.
This is perfect for over-thinkers, people who claim they "can't meditate", or have monkey-mind.
You'll experience right away how you can calm the nervous system and strengthen your aura (the electromagnetic field) with simple but repetitive movements and words. It's a lot of fun, a little wacky, and rooted in science and quantum physics.
