Inspiring art-healing event, Gothenburg

This is an invitation to you who long to express yourself beyond words, to arrive within yourself and let creativity to path inward!

Through guided visualisations, presence exercises and intuitive creation, we open up a process where performance can step aside. Here you are given an opportunity to losten inward and give form to that which does not yet have verbal expression.

In this workshop we move freely between different artistic mediums, where color, form and feeling meet in a living exploration.

No prior art experience is needed - just curiosity and willingness to meet yourself through creating.
