Intro workshop on reflective painting, 18+

Welcome to a 90-minute introductory workshop for our course in reflective painting.

During this introductory session, you will have the opportunity to experience the structure of the course and explore how colour, form, and mixed-media techniques can be used as a way of connecting with what feels alive and present within you right now.

Through simple exercises and free painting, you will explore your own visual language in a welcoming and inspiring environment.

It is about discovering, expressing, and creating with no previous experience or performance expected.

The introductory session will give you a sense of the course content and approach, and is a wonderful opportunity to feel into whether the course is right for you.

The session begins with a short meditation and a moment to arrive and settle in. This is followed by creative exercises and free painting with space for optional reflection and sharing.

The course facilitator is a trainee in psychosynthesis therapy.

Fee: 350 kr, including all materials.
