We will meet through Google Meet. I will send an email link every Thursday afternoon to those who RSVP to join.
My vision is to meet weekly online and then meetup personally once a month.
Throughout my journey I have meditated in various forms, I have attended many meditation classes and also completed a meditation teacher certificate course.
Recently I have taken up meditation once again and for the past month, I have been part of a lovely WhatsApp meditation group, which I have been finding very beneficial in my overall well being.
So, here I am offering something similar to this community.
Every Friday, online, we will sit together to meditate.
I will lead you into the meditation, and then we will sit in the quiet, focusing on our own breath and heartbeat for 10 minutes, and then I will take you out and help with the grounding.
There are many proven benefits to meditation

- enhances self awareness
- helps you to connect to your higher self
- helps with concentration
- assists with finding inner peace
These are just a few benefits, also with meditation, you can do it anywhere and at any time, no special equipment required just your breath and your heart.
You don't have to be experienced at meditation, this can be your first attempt, so lets simply sit together and meditate together, and grow our healing connections community further.
