🌿 Coming Home to Yourself: Women’s Healing & Connection Community 🌿

A safe, supportive space for women to gather, connect, and come home to themselves.

This community is centered around healing, self-discovery, and authentic connection—offering a range of experiences including circles, workshops, and events, each with a unique focus.
Together, we explore:
• Emotional and psychological abuse
• Gaslighting, manipulation, and trauma bonding
• Rebuilding self-trust and intuition
• Nervous system regulation and somatic awareness
• Boundaries, communication, and relationship patterns
• Reconnecting with your body, softness, and inner truth
Each event or gathering will have its own theme and intention—while all are rooted in the same mission: helping you feel grounded, clear, and fully connected to yourself.

This space is for women who are ready to:
✨ Understand and process past experiences
✨ Rebuild trust in themselves and their decisions
✨ Feel safe and regulated in their body
✨ Learn tools for healthier relationships
✨ Step into their authentic, empowered self

The Sunday Reset

The Sunday Reset

twin lakes church, 2701 Cabrillo College Dr, Aptos, CA 950032701 Cabrillo College Dr, Aptos, CA 95003, Santa Cruz, CA, US

Hi ladies 🤍
I recently moved to Santa Cruz and felt called to create a space for authentic connection, faith, and meaningful community.
We’ll meet at Twin Lakes Church at 11:15 AM for the 11:30 AM service, followed by brunch where we can connect and get to know one another.
This space is for women who are single (not focused on dating), seeking to grow in their faith, and desiring deeper, more genuine connection.
The intention is to create a lightly structured, healing-centered container—without it feeling heavy.
There will be space for:
Gentle introductions
Sharing what’s on your heart (only if you feel called)
Real, honest conversation
And just as important, we’ll prioritize joy, play, and being present.
After brunch, we’ll head to Pleasure Point—a more local, laid-back beach—where the afternoon can look like:
Playing in the waves
Laying out and relaxing
Painting nails
Watching birds or spotting seals
Laughing, talking, and just enjoying the moment
Optional volleyball 🏐
For those coming from the Bay Area, this can also be a weekend reset / mini getaway. Some weekends we’ll stay by the ocean, and others we’ll explore the redwoods around Santa Cruz—creating a rhythm of both grounding and adventure.
This is meant to be a safe, intentional space where healing and joy coexist—because growth can be hard, and life is meant to be lived fully, not just processed.
About Me 🤍
My journey into this work didn’t come from a straight path—it came through deep personal transformation.
For years, I lived in high performance, survival mode, and disconnection from myself. Through my own experiences with trauma, healing, and rebuilding my relationship with God, I’ve done the work of coming back home to who I truly am.
Along the way, I’ve explored and studied:
Trauma-informed coaching
Somatic and holistic healing
Nervous system regulation
Faith-based and spiritual integration
What I’ve learned is that healing isn’t just about processing pain—it’s about learning how to feel safe, experience joy again, and live fully in alignment.
I feel called to create spaces where women can:
Be seen and heard without judgment
Grow in their faith and connection to God
Build genuine, supportive friendships
Experience both depth and lightness
This isn’t about having it all figured out—it’s about walking alongside each other in a real, grounded, and honest way.
If you’re craving depth, faith, and lightness all in one, I’d love for you to join 💛
