What we’re about

Childhood sexual abuse leaves us with long-term effects we're often not aware we adopted to survive in adulthood. These effects show themselves as behaviors and beliefs that help us cope with life, although they may no longer serve us. Writing can provide a cathartic experience where we can express our thoughts and feelings that may have been silenced. We can gain greater insight into why we think and do things that may no longer serve us. Join this safe and supportive group of writers who desire to create positive change and a better life after childhood sexual abuse through the healing process of writing. This is a new group.
