Class Description: Open level class, combining several different disciplines. Including Hatha, Katonah, Vinyasa, as well as meditation and breathing practices. This class will leave you feeling energized, stronger and supported!
Teacher Bio: I started learning more about yoga in 2016. I loved a space where I could move my body, but I was even more attracted to the mental component. Learning how to breathe through difficult poses or calm my mind when off balance was a transformative experience. To me, yoga is so much more than a physical practice! After years of being a student I decided to sign up for teacher training at my home studio, Love Yoga. I'm thrilled to be sharing my knowledge.
