Class Description: A gentle beginner friendly Vinyasa yoga class designed to reconnect with the mind, body, and spirit. The class focuses on flexibility, strength, and balance. You will be guided through meditation, mindful breath works and accessible movements to feel grounded and centered.
Teacher Bio: Samone is a yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience and a background in health care. She is deeply passionate about using yoga, meditation, and mindful movement as tools for healing, grounding, and reconnecting with one’s true self.
Trained through the Tree Yoga Cooperative with 200 hours of yoga teacher training, Samone’s teaching style centers on compassion, accessibility, and presence. She is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where students feel supported as they explore their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs—both on and off the mat.
