Class Description: Grounded Balance Vinyasa is a slow and mindful, breath-centered practice that links movement with intention at a slower pace. This class allows you to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen awareness while moving with steadiness and control pace. Each transition is intentional, giving you time to feel, align and connect.

Note: There are blocks available for modifications. Bring your own bolster id you prefer to have it for use.
Teacher Bio: Evelyn Caamal Los Angeles Native born and raised, also known as Evy founder of Wellness in you. I have experience 13+ years in customer service. I finally started focusing on yoga one hundred percent as well as my 200-hour YTT in August 2025. I am currently working with Las Palmas Senior Center to facilitate yoga classes. I have also been facilitating online virtual free classes from my home.

I also facilitate inclusive community park classes. I believe that Yoga has helped me through my personal struggles and nervous system. I am devoted to Helping others regulate there and embody healing through mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditation.
