Sound Healing Meditation

Experience the relaxing and enchanting sounds of crystal bowls, a gong, chimes, and an ocean drum as Kay Fontana performs a beautiful sound healing meditation experience designed to bring peace into your life. Bring mats, pillows, and/or blankets, or if you prefer, sit or lay down on the padded sanctuary chairs. This experience is offered on the 4th Sunday of every month from 11:30 to 12:30 at the West Valley Center for Spiritual Living.
