Ocean Meditation at Del Cerro Park

This is a fabulous location to do an ocean meditation. The park is located on a cliff with an expansive view of the ocean that includes Catalina. It is high enough from the ocean that the sound of waves is minimal, allowing us to share suggestions about how to go about the meditation. My thought is to use techniques such as were used at Masaru Emoto's event for the healing of Lake Biwa.

Please bring a blanket, a pillow, or anything else you might need to sit on the ground. At the cliff edge, the ground is hard-packed dirt. This meeting is scheduled for a December morning, so it may be chilly as well. Also, if you are sun-sensitive, you may wish to bring a hat.

Be prepared to park some distance from the park itself. This park is popular with hikers and can draw quite a crowd.
