Sacred Space Support Circle (Every 3rd Sunday of the Month)

The desire for this monthly group, is to foster a sense of community for those moving through challenging life situations and/or experiences. Or, for those who simply feel like they are struggling and could benefit from receiving the loving support of others.

In this group, sharing is encouraged but not required. Each person will have an opportunity to share with the group, any challenges that they are facing. This will be directly followed by an open discussion of support through the sharing of ideas, compassion, and the energy of love, from the rest of the group.

This group will be led by Alicia Phillips. Each month she will introduce a new stress relieving technique, and allow for group practice of the technique (when appropriate to do so).

Each group will end with a short, Reiki infused guided meditation focused on releasing heavy energy and then anchoring into the Heart Center.

All are welcome. If you choose to attend, please do so with an open mind and an open heart, as sensitive topics may arise.
