Reiki & Tarot: Exploring the Beauty of Spirit Led Healing ~ Mini Sessions

These Introductory Mini Sessions are designed to introduce you to the world of Reiki and Tarot. While these two practices are very distinct, they also work well in combination. Reiki taps into the Universal life force energy to promote balance and healing, while Tarot can offer insights into past, present and potential energetic futures. Both can be used as tools to assist one in navigating the beautiful journey that they are on.

Alicia will be offering 15-minute Reiki Sessions. Reiki is a Japanese form of healing which connects Divine knowledge (Rei) to the life force energy (Ki). Reiki treatments are a natural and safe method of stress reduction and relaxation, that also promotes healing. This time honored modality is administered by "laying on of hands" which promotes the harmonious flow of energy in the body. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. During a Reiki session, Alicia is the channel for the Reiki energy. She does not use her own energy. She is creating an energetic space to support the self-healing process of the person, to whom she is connecting. In reality, each individual is responsible for his or her own healing process, and Reiki is a way to support this.

Hannah will be offering 15-minute tarot readings to bring clarity, guidance, and insight. These readings are a chance to pause and receive messages meant for you at this moment -- whether you come with a question in your heart or simply wish to listen to what the cards reveal. The intention is to hold a nurturing space where you feel seen and supported, while also guiding you to revisit your own magic -- the inner wisdom and power that is already inside of you.

These sessions are being offered together as one bundled package, for a total of 30 minutes each. There will therefore only be 4 spots available. Pre-registration is required, and spots will be filled on a first come first served basis.
