Immersive Reiki Sound Bath + March Activation with Michael & Alicia

Join Michael from Healing Vibes 528 and Alicia from Healing Spirit Cafe, in this immersive journey into the energies of Sound, Reiki & Activation (every 2nd Friday of the month).

In this group healing session, you will experience a short guided meditation, followed by a heart centered, multi instrument journey in sound and vibration facilitated by Michael. This sound journey will be accompanied by the gentle, loving energy of Reiki facilitated by Alicia.

In addition to the Reiki, each person in attendance will also receive an energetic activation to increase their Life Force & Vitality. This activation will be the first in a series of activations, each one with a different purpose (to take place at future Sound Baths) that have been given to Alicia by Spirit. Some of the benefits that may be experienced from this activation are as follows (as given to Alicia by Spirit):

*More Energy (this can also be felt in the mental and emotional bodies as more creativity)
*Cellular Regeneration
*Increased Bloodflow
*Regulated Sleep Cycles
*Maintenance of ideal/healthy body weight

These activations help to wake up/ ignite what already exists within each individual, but may be lying dormant. It is the individual's desire to receive the activation as well as Alicia's desire to allow it to pass through her, as the 'giver', that makes the magic happen. This will be an individualized experience. Each person's frequency will determine the level of activation that they are able to receive.

Michael will use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other instruments to trigger the relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state. The individualized Reiki offered by Alicia will then promote an even deeper healing response, as it allows your body to lovingly accept the sound frequencies as well as the activation that she will be facilitating, and utilize them for your highest good.

These sounds and vibrations will help change your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state and then to a deeper relaxed theta state, bringing your mind, body, soul, and spirit to complete relaxation and pure bliss. This allows the body to heal and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

The Reiki, which is Divinely guided, will assist you in creating more of an energetic flow, within your body. It does this through the gentle release of heavier, dense energies that can accumulate as we move through difficult and challenging life experiences. When your life force energy is flowing freely through the body, you will notice positive effects felt by the mind, body & spirit.
