What we’re about

Hello and welcome to the Qigong Movement, Meditation and Healing Meetup Group! This community is dedicated to supporting your health using gentle movements, meditation and visualization to give you the confidence to become more effective and proactive in your healing journey. Each hour-long session includes energy healing at the end of the practice.
