Healing Relationship Patterns at the Root | A Women’s Workshop
Details
Why do we keep repeating the same relationship patterns, even when we understand them intellectually?
Perhaps you find yourself drawn to familiar relationship dynamics, second-guess your feelings when dating, or struggle to stay connected to yourself when you become emotionally invested in someone. You may have spent years understanding yourself and your patterns, yet still find yourself navigating the same emotional challenges in relationships.
Join Tracey Zhang, a somatic and IFS practitioner, for an intimate, experiential women’s workshop exploring the emotional roots of relationship patterns and how our earlier experiences shape the way we connect with others and ourselves.
Through guided reflection and somatic IFS practice, you’ll explore the emotional wounds, unmet needs, and protective responses beneath recurring patterns. You’ll begin to understand the parts of yourself that emerge in relationships, reconnect with your feelings and needs, and develop a deeper sense of self-trust.
This workshop is for women who are ready to move beyond simply understanding their patterns and begin creating a different experience of relationships—one rooted in self-connection, emotional security, and a stronger sense of self.
