I originally found KBMT through a Groupon deal a few months ago, finally decided to use it…and y’all, I liked my first Muay Thai class enough to go back! 🥊 The Groupon deal has since expired, but KBMT is still surprisingly affordable.
The instructor was patient and took the time to break down each move and combination. I really liked the pace of the class, and everyone I partnered with was friendly and helpful. We rotated partners throughout, which gave us a chance to learn from—and meet—different people.
So, naturally…I’m making it an outing.
No experience necessary, and your first class is FREE. Gear is available to use for your first visit. After that, gear can be rented for a fee or you can bring your own.
If you decide to keep going, KBMT currently offers unlimited access to all programs:

You’ll need to reserve your spot for class directly through KBMT’s website. Your Meetup RSVP does not reserve your space in the class
Please bear in mind, regulars generally do not sign up, they have a habit of just walking in - there may easily be 20 people in your class day of, so sign up and get there a smidge early to get checked in and get the lay of the land.
I’ve already got two months of unlimited training, so I’ll be there anyway—come try a class with me!
Bring water, wear comfortable workout clothes, and come ready to move, learn, and probably laugh at yourself a little.
