Welcome to Health is Wealth: Global Initiative for Holistic Health.
The purpose of this group is to promote healthy living practices, holistic approaches to wellness, clean eating habits, healthy weight management strategies, natural wellness practices, and greater awareness of mental and emotional well-being.
According to various public health sources, many Americans do not meet optimal metabolic health standards. In addition, the World Health Organization reports that more than 1 billion people globally are living with obesity. Public health organizations, including the National Institutes of Health, have also highlighted increasing mental and emotional health concerns.
As a response, Health is Wealth hopes to provide educational discussions and practical strategies that empower members to implement simple habits with positive long-term effects on health.
