Note: To enable members to join, we give members ten (10) minutes to join meetings. To prepare for the meeting, we encourage members to read the resources provided. We also encourage members to bring a journal notebook for note taking purposes. The session will be recorded to be posted on a future website designed exclusively for Health is Wealth members.

  • How art therapy can facilitate emotional and mental healing
  • The power of physical activity and exercise to boost physical, mental, and emotional health
