Note: To enable members to join, we give members ten (10) minutes to join meetings. To prepare for the meeting, we encourage members to read the resources provided and bring a journal notebook for note-taking purposes. We will complete a journal session during the discussion.

Are you a vegan, vegetarian or pescetarian? Are you interested in becoming a vegan, vegetarian or pescetarian? Join us for our online aperitivo social hour for individuals who embrace their lives as vegans, vegetarians and pescetarians. We also want to invite individuals interested in embracing veganism, vegetarianism or pescetarianism. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the following questions listed below.

  • What made you decide to transition to veganism, vegetarianism or pescetarianism?
  • Do you find that your emotional and mental health improved due to transitioning to veganism, vegetarianism or pescetarianism?
  • What factors enabled you to maintain your lifestyle as a vegan, vegetarian or pescetarian?
  • How did your lifestyle change to veganism, vegetarianism or pescetarianism impact your relationships?
  • Do you find that your lifestyle as a vegan, vegetarian or pescetarian supports sustainable weight loss and management?
  • What is your philosophy on alcohol and processed foods?
  • What advice do you have for individuals considering transitioning to veganism, vegetarianism or pescetarianism?
  • Share one simple recipe that helps with transitioning to veganism, vegetarianism or pescetarianism.
