Note: To enable members to join, we give members ten (10) minutes to join meetings. To prepare for the meeting, we encourage members to read the resources provided and bring a journal notebook for note-taking purposes. We will complete a journal session during the discussion.

Join us for our weekly health and wellness goals support group where we provide members with the support they need to overcome their personal and professional challenges. The following objectives below are intended to promote a solutions-based approach to problem management while offering practical emotional support. The check-in is not a substitute for mental health services but we help members identify affordable mental health services in their area.
