Here you will find a series of events in London offering people the chance to learn skills to improve their quality of life; and facilitating conversations between attendees so everyone can share their experiences, ask questions, and discover how everyone is coping.
You will learn skills on psychological wellbeing, meditation, physical movement, and mindfulness.
-> We will be offering outdoor walking meditations, music meditations, classes to improve health and wellbeing, by learning the art of stillness all inclusive of group conversation;
-> Classes to reduce anxiety and stress
-> Group discussions for exchanging experiences and coping strategies related to health, stress, anxiety, burnout, exhaustion and related topics.
