Welcome!

Here you will find a series of events in London's Westminster area offering residents the chance to learn skills to improve their quality of life after the pandemic; and facilitating conversations between attendees so everyone can share their experiences, ask questions, and discover how everyone is coping.
You will learn skills on psychological wellbeing, healthy eating, physical movement, and mindfulness.
-> We will be offering outdoor gentle yoga class to improve health and wellbeing, followed by coffee/tea and a group conversation;
-> Classes to reduce anxiety and stress for parents and children in a post-covid world;
-> Group discussions for exchanging experiences and coping strategies related to health, lockdown, vaccination, anxiety, conditions developed post-covid, and related topics.
