Using the tradition of the talking stick, participants are invited to slow down, speak honestly, and listen deeply. One person speaks at a time while others listen with presence and care - encouraging empathy, reflection, and authentic human connection.
Whether you come to share, listen, reflect, or simply be present, the circle welcomes you exactly as you are.
