Healthcare Reboot 2027

After the failure of two of the brightest stars in our healthcare innovation universe, Pear Therapeutics and Bright, as well as the vast number of changes we have seen in recent years, let's focus on what will come next. We know that our healthcare system needs a Ctrl+Alt+Del (or whatever you do on a Mac) and innovative care models have shown many ways to do it better. Thousands of innovations and new care models have emerged and are gaining traction. In both the Pear and Bright cases, innovative models were grafted on to the existing infrastructure and this may be one reason they failed. So is it time for a reboot? What will the healthcare system look like in 2027? Let's discuss.

This event is our first in NYC this year and will be in a new space we would like to set up where we can all work, hold events like this often, run accelerators, and most importantly, Connect, Collaborate, and Create the future of healthcare together. We will host a panel of thought leaders on the future of healthcare and showcase a number of the new companies building it out now.

We have 2 VCs, 2 accelerators, and 3 companies already committed to joining us and are looking for about twice that in commitments before we sign the lease. This will be our first full evening event in NYC this year and only our 6th since the pandemic began, it will be great to see everyone!
