Hi everyone—I'd love to invite you to a welcoming gathering with a presentation on the Himalayan Yoga Tradition (a classical meditation lineage) followed by a free guided meditation.

No experience needed—all are welcome.

We'll share an introduction to the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, including how stillness is cultivated through breath, attention, and inner awareness. Then we’ll sit together virtually in a guided meditation.
