What we’re about
The purpose of the Healthcare NLP meetup is to grow a community of researchers, healthcare professionals, data scientists and developers, both with experience as well as wanting to get acquainted with this field. In this, it aims to foster sharing experience, best practices and expertise in designing and using NLP models for healthcare. Finally, it aims at making public and private actors aware of what use cases these technologies can enable and how they can help make important strides towards interoperability at each step of the patient journey, which is a growing concern among many of these actors.
Each meetup will consist of:
- presentations of clinical and academic research projects, as well as practical solutions for concrete use cases
- discussions with the speakers and other guests around a convivial cocktail buffet
