We are going to share activities and events that promote self-care, health and wellness from a physical, mental and spiritual perspective:

- Outdoor Yoga Classes 🤸🏼♀️ in Summer Time ☀️ --> see information as following
On most weekends we meet for different types of yoga classes 💪🏻 In these we include Meditation, Pranayama and of course various Asanas🙏The classes are differentiating in their levels.
You need a mat/ towel, water, comfortable clothes (best case you change before) and a big smile 😊
The classes on Sundays outdoors are donation based ☺️ there will be a little box 📦 to put your desired amount and I thank you in advance for your contribution 🙏
Recommended amount:
- reduced (student, unemployed) 5€
- normal 10€
- supporter 15€

Who is hosting you?
It’s me, Jess and I will be your yoga facilitator 🙋🏼♀️ I had the opportunity to do my teacher trainings for 200h in Ecuador 🇪🇨 and another 300h training in India 🇮🇳 (Yoga Alliance Certified). So far I was blessed to teach in various countries and projects!

Summer Time —> outdoor Yoga Time 🤸🏼♀️
It’s summer time again Yogis 🤗 This Sunday we meet at 1pm 🕐 on the green infront if the Planetwarium for a mostly energetic and stretching yoga class 💪🏻
In these 75-90 minutes we include Meditation, Pranayama and of course various Asanas, each time dedicated to a certain theme 🙏
All you need is a mat (or take one of ours), optional a towel, comfortable clothes and just YOU as you feel that day 😊
In case the weather is unstable we stay indide as we are blessed to practice in a beautiful calm location Studio63 only 3 minutes walking from train station Altona 🚉 at Hohenesch 63, 22765 Hamburg:
- mats and probs available🧘🏼♀️
- free water 💦 and tee 🫖
- about 15 yogis maximum so individual care 💪🏻 please be sure to come if you book to avoid blocking someone else’s spot 🙏
- candles and incense occasionally 🕯️
- head massage at the end of the class 💆🏻♂️
- sound bowl healing occasionally 🛎️
- every week another theme (suggestions and wishes please direct DM 💌)
The class contribution is 15€ ☺️ there will be the possibility to pay cash before the class directly to me or you can buy a 10x Card for reduced 135€ —> 13,5€/ class 🙏 for the second option please text me on WhatsApp +49151-52591624 📲
