What we’re about
If you are newly separating, coping with a prolonged divorce or trying to recover & rebuild a new life, a warm welcome to this group, which is about transitioning through the process, without losing your health, going broke or burning out.
This is a diversified community facing both unique and common challenges, in non judgemental and offers a safe space to know you are not alone nor to stay isolated. The focus is towards solutions, relief from overwhelm and roller coaster of emotions and to stay healthy in a holistic way (body/mind/emotions) through the process and to not get lost along the way.
You are welcome to join from anywhere globally if an event may interest you, whether for our online Zoom events, or in person (which are local to Oshawa, Whitby, Bowmanville, Ontario, Canada), for support, walk & talks, discussions, teachings & interactive workshops.
Know there is light at the end of the tunnel!
