
What we’re about
80% of most illnesses are lifestyle-based. While some groups are about nutrition and others about exercise, this group will be about both. We will have seminars on nutrition as well as group exercise classes. In addition, we will talk about herbal remedies. Combining exercise, nutrition, and herbal remedies is how one can truly have holistic health.

While most lunch and learns involve somebody giving a presentation, this will be more interactive and social. We will get together and eat, and freely mix and mingle. The "learn" part will be informal, with brief talks on exercise, nutrition, and mental health along with question and answer.
