What we’re about
80% of most illnesses are lifestyle-based. While some groups are about nutrition and others about exercise, this group will be about both. We will have seminars on nutrition as well as group exercise classes. In addition, we will talk about herbal remedies. Combining exercise, nutrition, and herbal remedies is how one can truly have holistic health.

Access to the forge floor is by permit only and can be obtained in the interpretive center (Super early arrival suggested if wanting more adventure during your stay at the park). This hike is moderately challenging, 3 mi.
