======================================
We’re back outside and exploring more of North Georgia's beautiful spring scenery! This month we'll be chasing waterfalls! Tallulah Gorge sits inside of Tallulah Gorge State Park and is nearly 1,000 feet deep and 2 miles long. You'll be in for a treat with these views! This hike includes many sets of stairs that will plunge us into the canyon, leading us to epic views of the canyon's falls and serene gorge floor. Access to the forge floor is by permit only and can be obtained in the interpretive center (Super early arrival suggested if wanting more adventure during your stay at the park).

This hike is moderately challenging, 3 mi. We will explore the gorge and rims and take a moment to vibe out, eat and recharge before trekking it back. This hike is perfect for all dope souls, nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers! Beginner hikers are always welcomed! Lace up your hiking boots, grab a friend, and get ready to explore sweet Mother Nature! CommUnity, networking, nature vibes and serenity! See you on the trails!!

Recommended brings: snacks, a lite lunch, plenty of water (at least 32oz), hydration drinks, and your great vibes! Important brings: First-Aid supplies, any medications you may need, trekking poles if needed. Hammocks, journals, and blankets welcomed.

All GA State Parks require a $5 daily parking fee per vehicle. Lots for this beaut tend to fill quickly, early arrival is suggested. If you plan to frequent state parks for hiking, camping, fishing, birding, exploring, etc, consider purchasing an annual pass!

Please check the weather and dress accordingly. Protective and supportive walking or hiking shoes are highly recommended. You want something that’s thick enough to protect your toes from from earth’s surface/tree stumps, and provides enough cushion, support and stability for your ankles and feet.

We will be travel down into the canyon (and back up) via steps...yep, lots of steps lol we're still building summer bodies on the trails! This trail also includes a suspension bridge to cross overlooking the water and Hurricane Fall. Please plan accordingly for clothing, shoes, meals and hydration!
