Because we’re exploring Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life this week, we’ll be shifting our usual Saturday Insanity session to something more aligned with the theme of emotional healing and self-compassion. Instead of cardio, we’ll be doing a 30-minute Gentle Somatic Yoga practice for Emotional Release & Vagus Nerve Regulation. followed by 30 minutes Somatic meditation from youtube. This calming session focuses on: Releasing stored tension. Supporting the nervous system. Gentle movement and mindful breathing. Creating emotional balance and inner safety A beautiful, grounding way to integrate Louise Hay’s teachings nurturing both body and mind. Perfect for all levels.
