About us
Hear My Voice Book Club is an inspirational, self-development, non fiction book club.
This is not just any book club, at tHear my voice book club you are the author, the main character, the star of the show, bringing life to each of the book we share through each member. For each book I will create a program related to the book that will help you discover how you can use these books to empower your life, your dreams, your desires. Sharing your views, perception with likeminded people & helping each other grow. This inspirational book club is for anyone who is interested in reading inspirational, self-development, motivational, self help, spiritual, awakening, mindfulness, healing, law of attraction, non fiction books. This book club is all about the reader.. YOU.
We have a huge level of Online book club events. The in-person book clubs are run at Waterstone Deansgate in Manchester but plans are under way to have one in Stockport and London. Most books chosen will all be available to listen to in audiobook format. This will provide more options to suit all preferences of reading, whether you enjoy audible, books or pdf this book club will chose books that allow for all. As someone who spent many years recovering from a brain injury and unable to read for many years I know the value of listening to books as well as reading. My hope for this book club is to allow everyone to join in regardless of were you live or your circumstances.
The group will include open discussion about the books of the month, with likeminded people, meditation, emotional freedom technique and inspirational activities & techniques to connect you to your dreams & desires.
Hear my voice book club is for non profit any donations goes into the running of Hevents workshops & one to one sessions. Which have all been created to support You to connect within & live the life You desire.
To Create a NEW life You must Create a New Mind. If there are changes You want in Your life, in Yourself and in Your relationships You must feed the mind with new options and new thoughts. Through reading it can create a new way, new perceptions of looking at life and a new way for You to achieve all You desire.
I started this group for the fun of reading and sharing, after suffering a brain haemorrhage and waking up completely blind I was told my eyes wouldn't improve, each book club is a reminder for me that you can overcome anything if you don't allow your circumstances to become you. My intent for this group is to uplift and through reading inspire your life. The mind is truly powerful, everything is created through the mind first. “If you can see it in your mind, you will hold it in your hands” Bob Proctor
I also share my story within the book club, if I inspire one person to not allow their circumstance to become them it is the icing on the cake of my own story.
Look forward to connecting with you all.
There is great love & inspiration for you all at Hear my voice ❤️

Morning Session: Wisdom Untethered by Michael A Singer
·OnlineOnline## NOVEMBER ONLINE MONTHLY BOOK CLUB
As Thursday 5th November is Bonfire Night, I’ve decided to move our November Online Book Club forward by one day. This is just a change for November. From December, we’ll return to our usual first Thursday of every month. Hopefully this means nobody has to choose between spreading their wings with Jonathan and watching the fireworks!
Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach
🗓 Wednesday 4th November 2026
⏰ 3 session options: 5am • 12pm • 8:30pm
⌚ All events are London time zone
💻 Online via Zoom
Join one or join them all, every session will explore something different. This month we’ll be exploring Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach, a short, beautifully simple story with a much deeper invitation beneath it. Jonathan isn't content to live within the limits of what a seagull is supposed to be. He wants to fly higher, learn more and discover what he's truly capable of, even when that means being different, being misunderstood and leaving behind what feels familiar. And perhaps there are places in our own lives where we've learned to stay within invisible limits too.
A question to bring with you: Where in your life might you be living within a limitation you no longer know is a limitation and what could become possible if you allowed yourself to fly beyond it towards your own dreams, desires or goals?
You don't need to know the answer before you arrive. Perhaps that's what we'll discover together. As always with Hear My Voice Book Club, there is no pressure to have finished or even started the book. The book gives us somewhere to begin, but the sessions are about bringing the themes into our own lives.
Across the three sessions we'll explore the book in different ways through discussion, self-reflection, meditation, EFT tapping, movement and awareness practices, giving us an opportunity not just to talk about our limitations, but to notice where we may be holding them in our thoughts, beliefs and bodies and begin exploring what it might feel like to move beyond them.
Come with whatever is present for you: a dream you've put aside, a goal that feels out of reach, a desire you haven't given yourself permission to follow, or simply curiosity about what else might be possible. The book is the theme... and the main character is you.
Maybe November is an invitation to spread your wings and discover just how far you're willing to fly.

The book of Possibility November In-Person Book Club Choice
Waterstones, 91 Deansgate, Manchester, GBHave you ever found yourself saying, "I can't do that," "It's too late," "I'm not good enough," or "That's just not possible for someone like me"? But what if those thoughts aren't facts? What if they're simply stories you've come to believe about yourself, your circumstances or what life has to offer? This November, we're coming together to explore The Book of Possibility by Jim Curtis, a book that invites us to look beyond our perceived limitations, challenge the beliefs that shape our lives and begin opening ourselves to new possibilities.
Places are limited please Rsvp before attending.
About the Book
The Book of Possibility explores how the stories we tell ourselves can influence the way we experience life, the choices we make and the opportunities we allow ourselves to pursue. Sometimes we don't even realise we're living within limitations we've created or inherited. They can come from childhood experiences, relationships, past disappointments, expectations or simply things we've repeated to ourselves for so long that they now feel like the truth. Through reflection and a willingness to look at ourselves differently, we can begin to question these stories and discover that perhaps there is more available to us than we previously imagined. And possibility doesn't always mean making enormous changes. Sometimes it begins with one small shift in perspective, one different decision or the willingness to take a step towards something we once thought was out of reach. What We'll Explore Together
At Hear My Voice Book Club, we don't just discuss books. We explore how their teachings relate to our own lives and how we can put those insights into practice.
During our November gathering, we'll explore questions such as:- What have I decided is impossible for me, and why?
- Are there beliefs about myself that I've never stopped to question?
- What possibilities have I dismissed because of fear, past experiences or other people's expectations?
- Where in my life have I already achieved something I once thought was impossible?
- What would I allow myself to explore if I didn't need to know exactly how it would happen?
- What is one small step I could take towards a possibility I'd love to experience?
Through open conversation, personal reflection and shared experiences, we'll have an opportunity to look at our lives from a different perspective.
There may even be moments when someone else's story helps us recognise a possibility within our own. What to Expect
Our gatherings are relaxed, welcoming and interactive. There are no lectures, no tests and certainly no expectations that you must have all the answers! We'll explore themes from the book through group discussions, thought-provoking questions, self-reflection and practical awareness exercises. You're welcome to share your experiences, ask questions or simply listen and reflect. One of the most wonderful things about coming together is discovering how differently we all see the world. A single question, conversation or perspective can sometimes open a door we didn't even realise was there. And the conversations don't always stop when the book club finishes! Those who wish to are welcome to continue connecting over lunch afterwards.Do I Need to Read the Book?
Absolutely not! Whether you've read every page, listened to a few chapters, or haven't even opened the book, you're welcome to join us. Hear My Voice Book Club is about so much more than reading. It's about connection, awareness, self-discovery and taking what we learn into our everyday experiences.
The book gives us a starting point, but it's our own stories, experiences and willingness to explore that bring the conversations to life.A Little Reflection Before We Meet
Take a moment to consider:
If you knew you couldn't fail, what possibility would you give yourself permission to explore?
And perhaps an even more interesting question...
Who told you it wasn't possible in the first place?
You don't need to arrive with an answer. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Whether you're joining us for the first time or have been part of our community for years, we look forward to welcoming you. Come for the book, stay for the conversations, connection, laughter and those unexpected moments of awareness.Because perhaps the greatest possibility is discovering that you're capable of more than you've ever allowed yourself to imagine.
The book is the theme, and YOU are the main character! ❤️
