What we’re about
Come join us for a wonderful evening of yoga, music, and meditation! This is an ongoing community group that will take place every 3-4 weeks, typically on a Sunday evening. We meet at Hospitality Point by the gazebo near the main parking lot, and then move over to the grass, overlooking the bay and ocean areas. There will also be an opportunity for sunset viewing as well. This group is intended for all ages of adults 18+.
Come join us for a beautiful experience out in nature, including a 20-25 minute gentle yoga routine, followed by a 15-20 group meditation shared by Nicole, with songs incorporated as well. The last 15 minutes or so will be a time for spiritual discussion connected to the meditation, with tea and cookies provided!
All are welcome, with the core focus of our meditations being on aligning with one's "Heart Light" and embracing one's heart qualities, focusing on Love, Light, Peace, and so forth. The more we are able to see life through the lens of "Heart Light Magic," this may bring greater joy and appreciation into one's current life circumstances while also setting the tone for a wonderful future as well. Each week's meditation will be a transformative opportunity to connect to one's "Heart Light", shifting into the energy of even greater Love and Light, one step at a time. Your presence will be greatly appreciated as we support and uplift each other through this process!

Nicole DeLia, M.S. has a master's degree within the field of human development, along with a bachelor degree in music and has been a spiritual group facilitator for several years within a variety of settings. She loves sharing both meditation and spiritual music that can help to transform people's lives from the inside out, and enjoys facilitating groups within the beauty of nature. Each session we will go deep, tune into what is in your heart, and then allow for visions and inner wisdom to come forth. All meetings take place on Zoom or over the phone.
