Come along and help build our community! Meet new people, share your experiences, and explore what ‘Reflect’ means to you. For this meetup, we’ll be using the World Café format. If you haven’t tried it before, you’ll love it.

Technology permitting, we will also be virtually joined by the fabulous Valerie McLean (in Glasgow) who will be debuting her new talk “Sweat the small stuff”:
‘You’ve got that deep unsettled niggly feeling, something isn’t right. In the interest of progress, you put your worries or concerns to one side and pay no more attention to what caused that uneasiness. Months later, things are really bad and in hindsight, you saw this coming. The small things are important, for yourself, your team, and your product. I’ll look at why - why we need continuous reflection to make progress, rather than hinder it - and how spending time focussing on the small stuff can help eliminate negative patterns of the past.’
