Heart to Art: Emotional Reset is a gentle creative workshop where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and express your inner world through art.
This experience is not about artistic skill.

It is about giving your emotions a safe place to be seen.
Through guided prompts and simple art exercises, you will explore your thoughts and feelings in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
No pressure to share.
No right or wrong way to create.
Just space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

## What We Will Explore

During this 2hour session, you will be guided through the Heart to Art Emotional Reset Process:
1. Acknowledge
Recognize the goodness, strengths, and support already present in your life.
2. Express
Explore emotions you may have been carrying through creative expression.
3. Release
Symbolically let go of thoughts or feelings that no longer serve you.
4. Reflect
Gain insight into your inner world and personal patterns.
5. Close & Integrate
Leave with tools for emotional awareness and self-reflection in daily life.
