Heart to Heart Talk Sessions are 1:1 talks — gentle, grounding conversations that happen on a walk, sitting in a park, or meeting virtually. It’s not therapy, not coaching, not goal-oriented — just an intentional space to be seen, heard, and held without pressure.

This is a space to:

• Reflect on where you are in life
• Move through emotional fog or transition
• Talk through something you’ve been holding in
• Be truly seen and heard without pressure

These are not therapy sessions, but heart-centered conversations rooted in care, reflection, and non-judgment. A listening ear. A breath of fresh air. A soft space to land.

About Your Space-Holder:
Hi, I’m Mahogney :) I am a space-holder, facilitator, and former educator with over a decade of experience supporting youth and adults through healing-centered, reflective practices. I am currently transitioning out of education and exploring new ways to continue my work of presence and care.

I’ve spent years helping people slow down and speak their truth. Now, I’m offering 1:1 sessions that feel like a deep breath — for folks navigating change, fog, or or simply looking for someone to show up with them in a tender, non-judgmental way. 💛 Sliding scale: Suggested $10-30
⏰ Time slots: 9-10am, 10:30-11:30pm, 1-2 PM, 2:30-3:30pm
